Lisianthus Starts

These are our extra lisianthus “plugs” (think little flower starts) that we are selling. They will be available in mid- April. We plant our lisianthus several weeks BEFORE our last frost as they like that cool start.

They are very easy to grow. Generally animals will not bother them. (I’m looking at you rabbits! )

Selling lots of 20 for 25.00 and these are the long stemmed varieties farmers grow and florists use.. NOT the short stemmed varieties... You can order more than one lot for these smaller lots. Each stem will have multiple blooms and they look great in the vase as will in the garden. This is the longest lasting cut flower we grow and often last 10 plus days in the vase.

If you decide to pick your flowers this summer you will likely get another “flush” of flowers in the fall. (all depends on your location and season longevity.) In Iowa we would do this with our group 1 lisinthus. But honestly they all kept pumping out blooms till early fall. They are very easy to grow in mostly full sun. They will have a little planting/care sheet with them.

Deep rose, white, champagne, deep blue/navy smaller bloom, blue rim, deep pink smaller bloom, lavender, misty pink, soft yellow, soft green.. This list does not correspond with the pull down list for ordering.

These will be small plugs and local pick up or buyer payes shipping. We will contact you at time of shipping and collect for shipping before your order is sent.They will be available first or second week of April and we encourgae VERY early planting. Before our last frost date. All colors are limited. Tax is added at checkout.
